Rachel Game

Rachel Game is the founding attorney of her immigration law firm, where she has represented clients since 2006. Her practice is rooted in delivering knowledgeable, compassionate support in all aspects of immigration law. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she advocates for families and individuals navigating visas, petitions, and removal defense.

Rachel earned her Bachelor of General Studies from Northern Arizona University and her Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law. She also studied law in Mexico and Ecuador at Pontificia Universidad Católica in Quito, gaining a valuable cross-cultural and international perspective that informs her practice today.

Rachel has been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) throughout her legal career. She frequently presents at AILA’s Northwest Regional Conference and local chapter events. Her practice reflects her deep commitment to staying current in a fast-changing field and offering informed, strategic counsel.

Before moving back to Oregon, Rachel spent nearly a decade in Zimbabwe leading multiple tourism businesses. This international experience sharpened her real-world problem-solving skills and deepened her commitment to supporting immigrant communities. Since launching her immigration law firm, she has developed long-term relationships with clients and their families, guiding them through a wide range of immigration cases and legal needs.

Rachel Game is licensed to practice in Oregon and admitted to the Oregon District Court, as well as the Fifth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals. Her broad experience and advocacy extend to both trial-level representation and appellate matters.
