Priyanka Talukdar

Priyanka Talukdar, Esq., is an Austin business lawyer at Structure Law Group, LLP, who advises entrepreneurs, startups, and small and medium businesses on complex corporate and transactional matters. She handles entity formation, startup planning, corporate governance, compliance, financings, and asset or stock acquisitions. She also negotiates high-stakes corporate agreements and assists with real estate leases. Her practice includes advising overseas businesses entering or expanding in the US, including cross-border acquisitions, fundraising, and ongoing regulatory compliance matters.

Priyanka earned her LL.B. and B.A.L. from Bangalore University, including a distinction in Legal Writing. She later earned her LL.M. from the University of San Diego School of Law, specializing in business law matters. She is admitted to practice in Texas, California, and India. Her international education and licensing support her work with clients whose business matters involve different legal systems, commercial expectations, and cross-border operational considerations across several jurisdictions.

Priyanka began her legal career at India’s National Judicial Academy, a training institution for the judiciary. She later worked as foreign counsel in the business practice group of Joseph Tan Jude Benny in Singapore. After relocating to the US, she practiced with San Diego business law groups. She later co-founded a boutique practice representing high-growth startups and emerging companies, including businesses raising six- and seven-figure seed and venture capital rounds.

Priyanka Talukdar brings experience from India, Singapore, and the US to her business practice. She advises clients from Asia, Europe, and North America and provides outside counsel services to businesses without internal legal teams. She served as Vice President of the South Asian Bar Association of San Diego and co-chair of the Diverse Women’s Committee from 2017 to 2019. She remains active with the South Asian Bar Association of Austin.
