Philip J. Eller

Philip J. Eller is a cofounder and shareholder at Eller & Detrich, P.C., with more than 45 years of legal experience. His practice focuses on real estate law, corporations, mergers and acquisitions, banking and lending, complex transactions, and alcohol licensing and regulation. His experience extends to oil and gas and alternative energy matters. He advises clients on significant business and property transactions requiring detailed planning, financing structures, regulatory guidance, and practical legal solutions.

Philip earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa and his B.S.B.A. from the University of Tulsa. His education established the foundation for a transactional practice involving real estate, corporate matters, banking, lending, acquisitions, and business planning. He later returned to the University of Tulsa College of Law as an adjunct professor, teaching law students for more than 10 years.

Philip counsels clients on real estate transactions, banking and lending arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial matters. His work includes legal issues involving oil and gas, alternative energy, and alcohol licensing and regulation. He is admitted in Oklahoma, the US District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He also serves as an Adjunct Settlement Judge for Tulsa County District Courts.
