Peter Pang

Peter Pang is an Affiliated Attorney with the Federal Practice Group and the founder and Chairman of IPO Pang Xingpu Law Firm. He also held senior legal positions with Dole Packaged Food Corporation, Nissan North America, Win Win Gaming, Inc., and bwin Interactive Gaming AG. More recently, he served as Of Counsel to Dickinson Wright PLLC in Washington, D.C., where he primarily focused on international business transactions.

Peter Pang has written books and articles on Chinese law and legal issues and speaks regularly to international bar organizations. His practice combines corporate, intellectual property, labor, and transactional experience with familiarity across different legal and business cultures.
