Peter J. McDougall

Peter J. McDougall is a Vermont attorney, president, and director at Paul Frank + Collins,  whose practice focuses on captive insurance, business law, and financial services matters. He advises captive insurance clients on regulatory compliance, entity structure, corporate governance, and contractual issues. His work includes commutations, novations, loss portfolio transfers, redomestications, mergers, dissolutions, and medical stop-loss arrangements.
