Gordon earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law, where he served as a law review editor. He clerked for Justice Clarke Stephens of the California Court of Appeal. He also handles purchase and sale disputes, specific performance claims, partition actions, and construction documentation.
Peter D. Gordon is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the California Supreme Court, the Sixth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals, and several federal district and bankruptcy courts. He has served as an American Arbitration Association construction litigation arbitrator and chaired a Beverly Hills Bar Association committee focused on disability rights in media.
