Michael S. Georg

Michael S. Georg is the partner and owner of Debt Advisors Law Offices, where he focuses exclusively on consumer bankruptcy. With decades of experience, he has helped thousands of clients across Wisconsin eliminate millions in debt, stop wage garnishments, prevent foreclosures, and rebuild financial security through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

Michael earned his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 1997, following his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1993. While in law school, he clerked for the Cook County Public Defender’s Office and worked on social security disability cases, which sparked his commitment to helping individuals in crisis.

Licensed to practice in Wisconsin and admitted to the U.S. District Courts for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, Michael has become a trusted figure in the field of bankruptcy law. His previous roles include serving as a senior attorney editor at West Group and associate attorney at Macey & Aleman, experiences that further strengthened his legal and client advocacy skills.
