Paul F. Driscoll is a Portland, Maine commercial and real estate attorney who represents developers in residential and commercial projects throughout the state. He advises clients on project conception, acquisitions, entity formation, financing, permitting, construction, sales, occupancy, and land use disputes. He also represents title insurers, municipalities, businesses, and shareholders in contested matters. Paul earned his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law in 1981 and his B.A. from the University of New Hampshire in 1978.
