Paul completed his undergraduate education at Wake Forest University, earning a B.A. in Political Science in 1990. He later pursued his legal training at Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, where he earned his J.D. in 1993. This academic foundation prepared him for a career rooted in analytical reasoning and courtroom advocacy.
Paul began practicing law in 1993 and has concentrated on litigation throughout his career. He represents clients in matters ranging from focused disputes to complex business litigation, guiding cases toward negotiated resolutions when possible and pursuing trial when necessary to protect client interests and achieve effective outcomes.
Paul has extensive courtroom experience and has successfully tried numerous jury cases in both federal and state courts.
