Paul E. Bilodeau is a partner in the Wilmington, Delaware, office and an experienced attorney with a broad practice spanning litigation, real estate, employment, utilities, and community association law. He represents condominium and homeowner associations, landlords in landlord/tenant disputes, and clients in commercial and contract litigation. Paul earned his B.A. in Business Administration from James Madison University in 1981 and his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law in 1987. While in law school, he served on the law review and received the American Jurisprudence Award. Following graduation, he clerked for the Honorable Henry DuPont Ridgely, gaining valuable insight into judicial decision-making that continues to inform his practice today.
Paul has built a distinguished career not only in private practice but also in public service. Since 2018, he has served as Solicitor for the City of Newark, Delaware, and he continues to act as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware. Previously, he served as Deputy Solicitor for Newark from 2011 to 2018. These roles demonstrate his commitment to using his legal skills to support both local government and the broader community.
