Paul earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado. He also holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado. His technical and legal education provides detailed, practical guidance on intellectual property.

Paul focuses his practice on intellectual property law, including patent drafting, filing, and prosecution. He also assists with trademark registration, copyright protection, trade secret matters, and intellectual property contracts. Before founding his firm, Paul built a long career in research and development and product innovation.
