Paul D. Powell has earned a national reputation as a fierce advocate for personal injury victims. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree from Idaho State University (1997) and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law (2000). He is licensed to practice in Nevada (2000), Illinois (2012), and before the U.S. District Court, Nevada.

Paul began his legal journey in 2000, first clerking for the Honorable Chief Justice Myron E. Leavitt at the Nevada Supreme Court. He later joined Lionel Sawyer & Collins, Nevada’s then-top litigation firm. In 2003, Paul turned his full focus to personal injury law, where he continues to make a lasting impact for his clients.

Paul’s practice spans a wide range of serious injury cases, including car and truck accidents, motorcycle and bicycle injuries, slip and fall claims, DUI victim advocacy, sexual assault cases, and wrongful death lawsuits.
