Paul D. Gresk “Abogado Pablo”

Paul D. Gresk “Abogado Pablo” has practiced immigration law for over four decades. He is widely recognized for helping individuals and families navigate the US immigration system. With his deep understanding of immigration policy and a strong commitment to public service, he has earned the trust of the communities he serves.

Paul earned an M.B.A. from Indiana University’s Graduate School of Business in 1978, followed by a J.D. from Indiana University’s School of Law in 1979. His strong educational foundation supports his ability to offer practical legal advice and solutions tailored to each client’s situation.

Before entering private practice, Paul served as an executive assistant to U.S. Senator Richard G. Lugar. His experience in the public sector shaped his legal approach and sharpened his understanding of government processes. In addition to his legal work, he hosts a daily live radio show on Radio Latina 107.1 FM and 810 AM, where he answers real-time questions about immigration law from Spanish-speaking listeners.

Paul has played a leadership role in immigration advocacy throughout his career. He is a past Chair of the Indiana Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association and has shared his expertise at legal conferences on local, state, and national stages. His guidance has helped many attorneys and families better understand complex immigration laws.
