Patrik Griego

Patrik Griego is a partner at Janssen Malloy LLP in Eureka, California, and a trial lawyer focused on complex civil litigation and criminal defense. Mr. Griego began his legal career at Kirkland & Ellis in Los Angeles, where he represented major corporations in product liability, toxic tort, contract, and intellectual property litigation, as well as class actions. After relocating to Humboldt County, he served as a Trial Deputy in the Humboldt County Public Defender’s Office before joining Janssen Malloy LLP. He has tried numerous civil and criminal jury cases to verdict and handled appellate work involving elder abuse claims.

Patrik Griego is recognized for trial work in significant civil cases, including Lavender v. Skilled Health Group, Inc., which resulted in a major jury verdict against a nursing home chain. His honors include Public Justice National Trial Lawyer of the Year, Consumer Attorneys of California Attorney of the Year, and California Lawyer of the Year.
