Patrick T. Daley is a skilled family law attorney and partner at Sweeney & Neary LLP. He provides legal representation in divorce, child custody, child support, equitable distribution, spousal support, alimony, protection from abuse, prenuptial agreements, paternity disputes, separation agreements, and adoptions. Serving clients in Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia counties, he is committed to helping individuals navigate complex family law matters. Patrick earned his J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth School of Law, graduating cum laude. During law school, he received the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Eric D. Turner Award and was recognized for dean’s honors. He completed his B.A. at Millersville University, where he was a four-year letter winner on the varsity soccer team. Patrick is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Throughout his career, Patrick has been a trusted leader in the Delaware County legal community. He served as President of the Delaware County Bar Association (2023), Chair of the Family Law Section (2017), and President of the Young Lawyers’ Section (2014), and has also served on the Association’s Board of Directors. Patrick co-authors the Delaware County chapter of the Domestic Relations Four County Practice Manual, an essential reference for Pennsylvania family law and divorce attorneys.
Patrick T. Daley has received numerous professional honors, including being named Best Lawyer (2020-2023), Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers (2017-2021), and Top 10 Under 40 by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys. He was also awarded the Donald J. Orlowsky Award (2024) and the Nicholas D. Vadino Jr. Memorial Award (2013).
