Patrick T. Daley is a skilled family law attorney and partner at Sweeney & Neary LLP. He provides legal representation in divorce, child custody, child support, equitable distribution, spousal support, alimony, protection from abuse, prenuptial agreements, paternity disputes, separation agreements, and adoptions. Serving clients in Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia counties, he is committed to helping individuals navigate complex family law matters. Patrick is known for his ability to negotiate fair resolutions but is also a strong litigator when necessary, earning a reputation for being aggressive in court.

Patrick earned his J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth School of Law, graduating cum laude. During law school, he received the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Eric D. Turner Award and was recognized for dean’s honors. He completed his B.A. at Millersville University, where he was a four-year letter winner on the varsity soccer team. Patrick is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Throughout his career, Patrick has held leadership positions in the legal community. He served as President of the Delaware County Bar Association (2023), Chair of its Family Law Section (2017), and President of its Young Lawyers’ Section (2014). He has also been a Board Director for the Delaware County Bar Association. Patrick co-authors the Delaware County portion of the Domestic Relations Four County Practice Manual, a key resource for Pennsylvania family law attorneys.

Patrick T. Daley has received numerous professional honors, including being named Best Lawyer (2020-2023), Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers (2017-2021), and Top 10 Under 40 by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys. He was also awarded the Donald J. Orlowsky Award (2024) and the Nicholas D. Vadino Jr. Memorial Award (2013).

As a recognized lecturer and author, Patrick shares his expertise at legal conferences and with the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. His dedication to family law ensures that clients receive effective representation in even the most complex legal matters.
