Patrick Scott

Patrick Scott is a Managing Attorney known for his focus on representing people injured by the carelessness of others. With deep courtroom experience, he has handled numerous personal injury cases involving auto accidents, wrongful death, dog bites, and catastrophic injuries across multiple Texas counties.

Patrick began his education at the University of Houston Honors College, where he earned his B.A. summa cum laude in Political Science and Spanish. He then attended Baylor University School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctorate in 2010. During law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Baylor Law Review, further developing his analytical and advocacy skills that now guide his successful litigation career.

Patrick is licensed to practice in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, as well as all federal courts in Texas and the Western District of Oklahoma. His prior military service in the United States Marine Corps from 2001 to 2005 shaped his discipline and sense of justice. For his honorable service as an Intelligence Analyst, he received a Naval Achievement Medal along with several commendations, reflecting his dedication and perseverance.

Patrick Scott continues to uphold the highest standards of legal practice through active service in bar associations and his community, using his experience and compassion to pursue justice for every client he represents. Patrick has received multiple recognitions for his excellence in trial advocacy and client service. He has been named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 100, and earlier, to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 from 2014 to 2024. In 2024, he was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers® for Personal Injury in Texas, following several years as a Super Lawyers® Rising Stars℠ honoree. His awards also include Martindale-Hubbell Client Champion Platinum, AVVO Clients’ Choice Award, and recognition from Houstonia Magazine as a Top Lawyer in Personal Injury.
