Patrick Parhami is the President and CEO of Parhami Law Group, where he provides comprehensive counsel across a wide range of business and financial legal matters. With more than two decades of experience serving clients throughout the San Fernando Valley, he offers strategic guidance to business owners, professionals, and individuals facing complex transactional and litigation challenges.

Mr. Parhami earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where he completed an accelerated honors track with a focus on business, entertainment, employment, and estate planning. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in finance, real estate, and economics from California State University, Northridge, as well as advanced business management training from the University of Virginia. This combined academic foundation supports his ability to address multifaceted legal and financial issues with precision.

Before founding his firm, Mr. Parhami spent a decade as a vice president at Wells Fargo Bank in Studio City, where he gained extensive experience in banking operations, lending, and financial management. This background informs his legal practice and allows him to offer clients a practical understanding of economic systems, commercial structures, and risk evaluation when navigating business transactions or disputes.
