Patrick K. Cavanaugh

Patrick K. Cavanaugh is a founding partner of Del Sole Cavanaugh Stroyd LLC in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Since founding the firm in 2003, he has developed a practice focused on medical malpractice, plaintiff personal injury, commercial and business litigation, and class action matters. He represents individuals, partnerships, and corporations in complex legal disputes. His work includes cases involving serious injuries, medical negligence, automobile accidents, and commercial claims across state and federal courts.

Patrick studied at Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh and Yale University. His legal background includes years of trial work in insurance defense and commercial litigation before he developed his plaintiff injury practice. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1994 and is also admitted in West Virginia.
