Patrick C. Gallagher is an attorney whose practice centers on personal injury, employment discrimination, and civil rights matters. Pat began practicing law in West Virginia after graduation, where he worked on defense matters involving consumer finance disputes, deliberate intent claims, and Mine Safety Health Administration cases. After relocating to Delaware in 2008, he gained experience in corporate litigation before the Delaware Court of Chancery. His practice later expanded to include personal injury, family law, criminal defense, estate administration and probate, bankruptcy, real estate litigation, landlord and tenant disputes, civil rights matters, employment law, and legal issues affecting small businesses.

Pat has handled cases in courts across Delaware, including appearances before the Delaware Supreme Court and the Federal District Court for the District of Delaware.
