Patrick earned his B.S. from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, in 1986, with a major in Business Management. He later earned his J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, in 1989, graduating with honors.

Patrick was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1989 and is authorized to practice in all Courts in Alabama. His admissions also include the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Patrick focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, business law, real estate, and legal representation for condominium owner associations.
