Patricia D. Clark

Patricia D. Clark is a Certified Family Law Specialist known for her compassionate, client-focused approach to resolving family law matters. With years of experience in mediation and litigation, she guides clients through divorce, custody, and related legal challenges with understanding and professionalism while striving to minimize emotional and financial strain.

Patricia earned her B.A. in Social Science, summa cum laude, from Humboldt State University in 1994, followed by her J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles in May 2002. She is admitted to the bars of California and Washington and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern Districts of Washington and California.

Patricia has served as an Associate Attorney at the Family Law Center and has contributed extensively to professional education and community programs. Since 2013, she has been a presenter for the Sacramento Collaborative Practice Group’s Divorce Options seminars, promoting informed decision-making in family law cases. Her commitment to public service includes volunteer mediation and settlement assistance with the Sacramento and Placer County Superior Courts.

Patricia’s legal expertise and leadership are reflected through her active participation in the Sacramento County Bar Association, Placer County Bar Association, and the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists.
