Paris Lee

Paris Lee is Managing Partner at Lee & Garasia, LLC, where he practices immigration law with more than 27 years of legal experience. He is admitted in New Jersey and Washington, D.C., and advises clients on adjustment of status, consular processing, naturalization, hardship waivers, sports visas, and criminal-immigration matters.

Paris earned a J.D. from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey School of Law– Newark in 1997. He earned an A.B. (Bachelor of Arts) from Yale University in 1994, with a major in English. He is an alumnus of The Lawrenceville School, adding to his legal foundation.

Paris clerked for the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office in Freehold, New Jersey, where he prosecuted municipal appeals and prepared briefs on criminal issues, including search and seizure and the constitutionality of the death penalty. He later practiced criminal defense alongside immigration, handling matters in New Jersey municipal and Superior Courts.

Paris practices immigration law exclusively. His focus includes adjustment of status petitions, consular processing, naturalization, hardship waivers, sports visas, and criminal-immigration matters. He is a member of AILA, the New Jersey State Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey.

Paris has been selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers List, 2019–2025. He was included in Newsweek Magazine’s Nationwide Top Attorneys Showcase in 2013, named by Ten Leaders-Immigration Law, featured by TIME Magazine as a Leader In Immigration Law, and recognized by The National Advocates- Top 100 Lawyers.

Paris Lee brings immigration knowledge, criminal defense experience, and leadership to Lee & Garasia, LLC. He has served as Former Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Immigration and Naturalization Section and Former Co-Chair of the Middlesex County Bar Association Immigration Law and Practice Committee, while guiding clients.
