Parham Nikfarjam

Parham Nikfarjam is a Senior Trial Attorney at J&Y Law Firm, where he represents plaintiffs in a wide range of personal injury matters throughout California. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including catastrophic personal injury claims and business disputes. He is known for his disciplined trial preparation and results-driven advocacy.

Parham earned his J.D. in 2016 from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. While in law school, he served as an editor of the Los Angeles Public Interest Law Journal and participated in Loyola’s Civil Litigation Skills Practicum, where he strengthened his courtroom and advocacy skills.

In 2015, Parham was awarded the California Employment Lawyers’ Fellowship in recognition of his commitment to public interest and civil justice. After graduation, he further advanced his trial advocacy training by being selected as a Fellow in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) fellowship program, a highly competitive opportunity for emerging trial lawyers in the Los Angeles area.

Parham has played a key role in securing tens of millions of dollars for his clients through substantial verdicts and settlements. His notable results include a $4.95 million verdict in Los Angeles Superior Court against a consumer product importer. His experience spans car accident litigation, catastrophic injury cases, and breach-of-contract disputes.

With experience on both sides of the bar, Parham Nikfarjam has developed a comprehensive understanding of civil litigation. He regularly handles all phases of a case, including discovery, case development, settlement strategy, and trial. In addition to his legal practice, he actively supports UCLA and Loyola Law School by serving as an alumni mentor and speaker, helping develop future legal professionals.
