Nick D. Crosby

Nick D. Crosby is a Nevada litigation lawyer and shareholder at Marquis Aurbach Chtd., who focuses on labor and employment law, municipal liability, constitutional law, civil rights defense, and general civil litigation. He has nearly 20 years of experience representing management in labor disputes. His work includes discipline and discharge matters, contract interpretation, interest arbitration, and proceedings before the Employee-Management Relations Board.
