Pamela Coleman

Pamela Coleman is the founder and owner of Coleman Family Law. She focuses on family law matters and helps clients through difficult legal situations with care and understanding. Her approach is practical and supportive, guiding clients through each step while working toward fair outcomes.

Pamela earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing from the University of Minnesota in 2002. She later earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Mary in 2004 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2007.

Pamela has more than 16 years of experience handling family law cases. Her work includes divorce, child custody, domestic violence matters, adoptions, and termination of parental rights. She also handles complex cases involving large assets, business owners, and farms.

Pamela has experience with appeals, including presenting oral arguments before the Supreme Court of North Dakota. Her broad experience allows her to guide clients through both trial and appellate matters with clear and steady support.

Before becoming an attorney, Pamela worked with state and county governments for nearly 20 years. During law school, she clerked for Judge B.J. Jones at the Tribal Justice Institute, gaining experience in tribal law and legal research.

Pamela is licensed to practice law in North Dakota and Minnesota. She works to understand each client’s unique situation and provides guidance tailored to their needs. She focuses on helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
