Christina M. Wenko

Christina M. Wenko is the Managing Partner at Mackoff Kellogg Law Firm, where she provides legal services guided by integrity, trust, respect, and results. Her practice includes litigation, family law matters, real estate, estate planning, probate, business formations, and oil and gas law for a wide range of clients.

Christina earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and History from Dickinson State University in 2008, graduating summa cum laude. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2012, building a strong academic foundation for her legal career.

Christina developed strong advocacy skills during law school through active involvement in oral and trial advocacy programs. She served on the Moot Court Association Board, was a finalist in a regional trial competition, worked as a teaching assistant, and completed an internship with the Grand Forks State’s Attorney.

Christina provides practical and clear legal guidance across many areas, including litigation, estate planning, and business matters. Her work focuses on helping clients address legal challenges with confidence, offering steady support and thoughtful solutions while maintaining clear communication throughout each stage of the legal process.

Christina’s professional achievements include being named one of the Top 10 Family Law Attorneys Under Age 40 by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys. She was also recognized as one of the “10 Best Under 40” Attorneys in North Dakota by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys.

Christina has served in several public legal roles, including City Attorney and City Prosecutor for the City of Dickinson, as well as legal counsel for other local municipalities. She has also held leadership roles on the Inquiry Committee West, demonstrating her commitment to the legal profession.

Christina M. Wenko is admitted to practice in North Dakota, Montana, and South Dakota, along with federal courts in North Dakota and Montana. She is an active member of multiple state bar associations and continues to lead her firm, focusing on reliable service and strong client relationships.
