Omid Nosrati

Omid Nosrati is a highly respected California employment attorney with over 20 years of experience advocating for employee rights. An immigrant who arrived in the U.S. at age six, Omid’s journey shaped his passion for justice. Growing up in a large immigrant family and facing discrimination firsthand, he developed a deep commitment to helping those who have endured workplace mistreatment.

After earning his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2001, Omid worked as a plaintiff’s attorney before founding his firm in 2003. Since then, he has dedicated his practice to representing employees in cases involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and whistleblower claims.

Omid has achieved numerous six- and seven-figure results for clients, earning widespread recognition for his dedication and results.
