Justin Hanassab

Justin Hanassab is the founding partner and lead trial attorney at Miracle Mile Law Group, where he champions the rights of California employees facing discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and other workplace injustices. Known for his relentless advocacy and results-driven approach, Justin has recovered millions on behalf of mistreated workers and continues to be a trusted voice in employment law.

Justin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he graduated with high honors and was recognized for excellence in legal writing and advocacy. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego. He interned with the Federal Public Defender’s Office in the Central District of California during law school. He served as a teaching assistant and was a top finalist in the school’s prestigious moot court competition.

Justin’s standout results in employment law have earned him consistent recognition, including Super Lawyers Rising Star (2021–2024), National Trial Lawyers “Top 40 Under 40,” and listings by Expertise among the Best Employment Lawyers in Los Angeles and Santa Monica. Before founding Miracle Mile Law Group, Justin worked at one of the largest global law firms, defending major corporations and gaining insight into employer-side litigation strategy. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Justin Hanassab is also an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), and the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA).
