O. John Alpizar is a seasoned civil trial attorney who has represented injury victims in Brevard County and Palm Bay since 1978. With more than four decades of courtroom experience, he has built a respected reputation for achieving justice in complex personal injury and wrongful death cases. His practice includes automobile accidents, bad faith insurance claims, and premises liability, securing numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients.
Alpizar earned his B.A., cum laude, from Bethany College and his J.D. from Capital University Law School, where he also contributed to the Capital University Law Review. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
