Jason M. Milam

Jason M. Milam is a respected trial lawyer recognized for guiding clients through some of their most challenging legal situations. Known for his empathy and attention to detail, he ensures that every client’s story is presented with fairness and conviction in the courtroom. His broad practice covers criminal defense, family law, probate, and personal injury, where he advocates tirelessly to defend and uphold his clients’ rights.

Jason achieved summa cum laude honors from Ronald Reagan High School before enrolling at Baylor University in 2005. There, he graduated magna cum laude through the University Scholars program in the Baylor Honors College, earning dual majors in Classical Languages and Philosophy. His academic excellence earned him a full-tuition scholarship to Baylor University School of Law, where he received his J.D. in 2013. Graduating in the top third of his class, he concentrated his studies in criminal law.

Jason launched his law career in 2013 and quickly established himself as a trusted advocate throughout Central Texas. Over the years, he has represented numerous clients in criminal, DWI, family, and injury matters. His leadership within the legal community includes serving as President of the McLennan County Defense Lawyers Association from 2016 to 2020 and sitting on the Board of Directors for the McLennan County Young Lawyers Association.

Jason M. Milam has been recognized for his professional excellence with several distinctions, including the 2019 McLennan County Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year Award and a nomination for the Texas Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year. He was also named a Rising Star by Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers in 2019 and 2020, received a perfect 10 AVVO Rating, and earned the 2019 AVVO Clients’ Choice Award.
