Norman began his education by earning an Associate degree in Police Science during his service in the United States Air Force, where he worked in law enforcement. He later completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Friends University. Building on these experiences, he went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Washburn School of Law, preparing him for a strong legal career.

Norman developed his legal skills at Accident Recovery Team, where he practiced for about a decade and became a partner in 2014. Over time, he shifted his focus entirely to bankruptcy law, allowing him to dedicate his practice to guiding clients through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. His ability to connect with clients and explain the law clearly has been central to his work.

Norman is active in several professional organizations, including the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Kansas Bar Association, and the Wichita Bar Association. He has also held leadership roles such as Chair of the Wichita Bar Association Technology Committee. His efforts in the community include serving on the YMCA advisory board and volunteering with Inter-Faith Ministries.
