Nora G. Barlow

Nora G. Barlow is an Anchorage estate planning, probate, guardianship, and conservatorship attorney and a founding member of Barlow Anderson, LLC. She represents individuals and families across Alaska, with a practice that includes wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, community property planning, probate and trust administration, and special needs planning. Nora earned a J.D., with distinction and Order of the Coif, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1991. She received a B.A. in Environmental Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 1986. After law school, she clerked for Judges H. Russel Holland and James M. Fitzgerald of the US District Court for the District of Alaska. Her academic and judicial background provides a strong foundation for careful drafting and problem solving.

Nora has more than 30 years of legal experience and has practiced in Alaska since her 1993 admission to the Alaska Bar.
