Noelle Moorad

Noelle Moorad is a Senior Attorney at Davis Business Law and serves business clients through the firm’s Oklahoma offices, including Yukon. Her practice areas include Business Startup, Contract Drafting, Review, & Negotiations, Business Lease, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Business Litigation, and Risk Management. She works with companies on legal issues that arise while launching, operating, negotiating, and protecting a business, with an emphasis on client goals and practical case planning.

Noelle earned a B.A. from the University of Central Oklahoma and a J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Her law school training also included a National Institute for Trial Advocacy Certificate in Client Representation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, supporting both transactional and dispute-related work for business clients.

Before and alongside her business-law focus, Noelle gained experience in oil and gas through work for a national land services company, including title examination, curative title work, and acquisition due diligence. She also developed a substantial family law background, where she regularly encountered the division of business assets. These experiences contribute to her understanding of ownership, property, valuation, negotiation, and conflict issues that can affect closely held and growing businesses.
