Noah Shapiro is a partner at Holland & Knight, focusing his practice on complex commercial real estate leasing and development. He represents leading landlords and tenants in high-profile office, retail, and ground leasing transactions, frequently advising on Class A property portfolios and some of the largest leases completed in New York City each year.

Noah earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University before completing his Juris Doctor at Fordham University School of Law. Since his admission to the New York Bar, Noah has established himself as a trusted advisor in real estate law, leveraging extensive experience in negotiating leases, structuring development projects, and advising clients on brokerage and agency agreements.

Noah has played a central role in major transactions, including a 1.6 million-square-foot lease at 1515 Broadway for Viacom, a 1.2 million-square-foot lease at One New York Plaza for Morgan Stanley, and headquarters leases for global companies such as Lazard, Cushman & Wakefield, and HarperCollins.
