Nina T. Pirrotti

Nina T. Pirrotti has built a respected career standing up for individuals in employment and civil rights disputes, applying her extensive trial background to protect workers facing discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unfair treatment. Her work reflects a long-standing commitment to justice and a deep understanding of the challenges employees face.

Nina completed her academic journey at Yale Law School, earning her Juris Doctor before beginning a career that shaped her into a skilled trial advocate. Her earlier service as a prosecutor honed her courtroom abilities, and those experiences now strengthen the strategic, steady advocacy she provides to the employees she represents.

Nina handles many areas within employment law, including claims involving discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, contract disputes, restrictive covenants, whistleblower issues, FMLA matters, and unpaid wage disputes. She draws on broad knowledge and years of experience to help clients navigate complicated workplace conflicts with clarity and confidence.

Nina received major recognition throughout her career, including multiple “Lawyer of the Year” honors from Best Lawyers of America for Employment Law – Individuals in New Haven. She also earned repeated selections as a Top 50 Connecticut Super Lawyer and multiple recognitions among the Top 25 Women Connecticut Super Lawyers. Nina T.
