Nicole W. Moss

Nicole W. Moss is an experienced criminal defense attorney at the Law Office of Nicole W. Moss, LLC, with nearly two decades of legal experience representing clients throughout New Mexico. Ms. Moss began her career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Second Judicial District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted cases ranging from DUI offenses to serious felony matters. During her time as a prosecutor, she tried more than 75 jury trials and received the Legal Impact Prosecutor of the Year award from the New Mexico Bar Association Prosecutor’s Division in 2010. She later transitioned to private practice, where she has continued representing clients in criminal defense and civil rights matters.
