Nicole earned a B.A. from Roosevelt University, where she majored in Political Science and minored in Legal Studies and Psychology. She later received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in Chicago, Illinois. During law school, she participated in John Marshall Law School’s Restorative Justice Project, which strengthened her understanding of conflict resolution and legal advocacy.

Nicole has developed extensive experience handling family law litigation and related legal disputes. Her work includes matters involving property division, debt division, spousal maintenance, parental alienation, and high-net-worth divorce cases. She also represents clients in child custody and fathers’ rights matters while focusing on strategies designed to protect family relationships and long-term stability for the people involved.

Nicole brings practical courtroom knowledge from her work with the Public Defender’s Office under a 711 License. She also participated in a Restorative Justice Program that expanded her understanding of problem-solving methods in legal conflicts. Her careful legal writing, attention to detail, and organized litigation approach continue to support clients dealing with emotionally challenging family law matters.

Nicole Valenti also contributes to her community through volunteer work as a Guardian Ad Litem and Child Representative for Chicago Volunteer Legal Services. In those roles, she represents children involved in dissolution of marriage and parentage proceedings.
