Nicole J. McGann

Nicole J. McGann is the founder and lead attorney of McGann Law Group, where she focuses on estate planning law, probate, tax law, and related business matters. With more than 15 years of experience, she helps individuals and families create comprehensive estate plans and guides clients through probate proceedings. She has assisted more than 300 individuals and families with estate planning, resolved tax matters for more than 200 clients, and formed over 300 business entities during her legal practice statewide.

Nicole earned her LL.M. from the University of Denver, and her J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. She earned her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her advanced legal education supports a practice involving estate planning, probate, taxation, and business formation. She combines this academic foundation with extensive practical experience representing clients in matters that range from straightforward planning needs to complex technical issues involving estates, taxes, and business structures throughout Colorado today.
