Nicole Abruzzo Hemrick is a highly respected immigration attorney and the Managing Partner at Hemrick O’Malley PLLC. She launched her career as a Judicial Law Clerk in immigration court through the Attorney General’s Honors Program, gaining valuable insight into how immigration decisions are made. She then moved into private practice, where she has represented clients in asylum cases, deportation (removal) defense, and a wide range of visa petitions. Nicole has successfully obtained H-1B, L-1A, O-1, R-1, and E-2 visas for professionals, religious workers, and investors, and has secured employment-based green cards through the PERM process, National Interest Waivers (NIW), and Extraordinary Ability (EB-1) petitions.

Nicole Abruzzo Hemrick is also a dedicated advocate for humanitarian immigration cases, representing clients in VAWA, T & U visas, and waivers of inadmissibility. She has won cases before the Board of Immigration Appeals, Administrative Appeals Office, and U.S. District Courts.
