About
Nick Gajewski is an Associate Attorney with Bond & Botes who works from the firm’s Florence and Haleyville offices. He has practiced bankruptcy law since 2011 and joined Bond & Botes in 2014. His practice focuses on consumer bankruptcy in the Northern District of Alabama, where he helps individuals evaluate debt-relief options, understand Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 procedures, and complete the legal steps required to move a bankruptcy case forward.
Gajewski earned a B.A. in Philosophy, magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama in 2007 and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2010. During law school, he served as a senior editor of the Law & Psychology Review and participated in moot court and international advocacy programs that developed his research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Gajewski represents consumers in bankruptcy matters that may involve unsecured debt, secured obligations, property concerns, creditor activity, and repayment planning. His experience in the Northern and Western Divisions of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama helps him guide clients through local procedures as well as federal requirements. He assists with case preparation, required documentation, hearings, and the questions that arise as clients pursue discharge or repayment relief.
Nick Gajewski combines more than a decade of bankruptcy practice with a strong academic and advocacy background. His work is centered on helping people understand the consequences and requirements of filing bankruptcy before they make important financial decisions. By explaining the process, preparing cases carefully, and addressing procedural issues as they arise, he supports clients seeking an organized legal approach to debt and a clearer path toward improved financial stability.
