Joseph M. Cacace

Joseph M. Cacace is a partner and seasoned trial attorney at Todd & Weld LLP who represents clients in complex business litigation and high-stakes commercial lawsuits and disputes. His practice covers contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, fiduciary duty claims, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and corporate conflicts. He handles First Amendment, defamation, media law, employment, real estate, civil rights, class action, and professional liability matters. His clients include businesses, executives, media entities, and individuals facing significant financial or reputational risks.

Joseph earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. He served as Editor-in-Chief of the Suffolk University Law Review and received the Law Faculty Outstanding Student Award. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from Boston College. His academic accomplishments established a strong foundation for trial advocacy, appellate litigation, legal writing, and complex commercial disputes.

Joseph previously practiced at Goodwin Procter LLP and served as a law clerk to Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Justice Robert J. Cordy.
