Nicholas Testa

Nicholas Testa is a personal injury attorney with experience handling complex injury and insurance cases. He represents clients in matters involving accidents, wrongful death, and insurance disputes. He is licensed in all three states and admitted to practice in multiple Federal Courts. His cases include wrongful death, commercial vehicle accidents, and insurance claim disputes.

Nicholas has received several honors, including recognition as a Super Lawyer and Texas Rising Star from 2019 to 2024. He was also named a Top 40 Under 40 lawyer by multiple organizations and received the 2020 Litigator of the Year award from the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.
