Erin S. Stamper

Erin S. Stamper is Supervisor of the Firm’s No-Fault and Health Care Law Department. She leads a 20-person team that supports health care providers, including hospitals and surgeons. Her work focuses on regulatory compliance, revenue cycle management, and collections for medical practices.

Erin earned her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2007. She also holds a B.A. from Fordham University, completed in 2004. Her education supports her strong understanding of health care law and the legal needs of medical providers.

Erin provides corporate counsel services to physicians and group practices. She assists with corporate formation, compensation structures, and contract drafting. Her work ensures compliance with Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and fee-splitting rules while supporting efficient and lawful business operations.

Erin has over 15 years of experience in the field and has recovered millions of dollars for medical providers. She handles no-fault trials and arbitrations and defends providers in Article 75s, De Novo, and Declaratory Judgment actions, as well as insurance claw-back matters.

Erin also represents providers during examinations under oath and verification processes. She works with the Department of Financial Services on regulatory issues, including proposed amendments and unfair claims practices, helping clients stay informed and compliant in a changing legal landscape.

Erin S. Stamper is admitted to practice in New York and federal courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is active in professional associations and regularly speaks on health care law topics, continuing to support providers with practical legal guidance.
