Nicholas is admitted to practice before the State and United States District Courts in Mississippi and Tennessee Since 2006, he has served as general counsel for the North Central Mississippi REALTORS In that role, he advises on legal questions, reviews agreements, and helps organizations address regulatory and operational concerns He works closely with clients to resolve issues and reduce uncertainty His experience in transactional and civil matters allows him to identify practical strategies, support long term planning, and assist clients.

Nicholas S. Brown has also demonstrated professional leadership through service in legal and community organizations. He is a charter member and past-president of the Oxford-Ole Miss Rotary Club and a past-president of the Tri-County Young Lawyers Association. He has served on advisory and nonprofit boards, contributing legal insight and organizational support.
