Nicholas Petty

Nicholas Petty is a veteran personal injury attorney at Gruber Law Offices. He is dedicated to representing clients who have suffered harm due to others’ negligence. With nearly 20 years of trial and civil litigation experience, Attorney Petty is known for his client-first approach and proven ability to deliver results in high-stakes personal injury cases.

Petty earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 2003, following a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1999. He was admitted to practice law in Wisconsin in 2003 and the Eastern District of Wisconsin Federal Court in 2005. From the start, he focused on representing individuals wrongfully injured, quickly building a reputation for legal excellence.

Before joining Gruber Law Offices in 2013, Petty honed his litigation skills under the mentorship of a leading Milwaukee trial attorney. He handled a wide range of civil cases there, sharpening his ability to manage complex litigation and appeals. Today, his practice is devoted entirely to serious injury and wrongful death cases, from motor vehicle accidents to medical negligence.
