Nicholas J. Phillips

Nicholas J. Phillips represents immigrants facing immigration law issues including, removal, detention, and legal problems in the United States at The Law Office of Nicholas J. Phillips PLLC. Mr. Phillips began his career as a judicial law clerk for Frederic Block in the Eastern District of New York. He served as an Immigrant Justice Corps fellow at Pace Law Practice and worked as an attorney with Prisoners’ Legal Services of New York. Through these roles, he represented immigrants in detention, advised clients on options, and supported people facing removal proceedings.
