Anu Gupta

Anu Gupta is the founder and managing attorney of Immigration Desk, with more than three decades of immigration law experience. She guides businesses, professionals, investors, families, and individuals through complex visa and green card matters. Her work includes H-1B filings, alternative work visa options, PERM matters, investor visas, EB-5 cases, O-1 petitions, EB-1 filings, National Interest Waiver cases, J-1 waivers, consular issues, audits, appeals, and waiver requests. She focuses on spotting problems early, building strong relationships, and helping clients move forward with confidence.

Anu attended writing courses at Harvard University Extension School. She earned a J.D. from DePaul University, College of Law. She also earned a B.A. in English from DePaul University, graduating summa cum laude, earning Dean’s List honors, and completing 110 credits in one year with a 3.9/4.0 GPA. She also earned a B.A. (Hons.) in English Literature from the University of Delhi, where she was a Silver Medalist.
