Nicholas G. Kline

Nicholas G. Kline is a Partner at Shaheen & Gordon, P.A., where he focuses his practice on personal injury and complex litigation. With nearly a decade of courtroom experience, he has earned a reputation for providing strong advocacy and attentive client service. He represents individuals and families throughout Northern New England, often helping those who have suffered significant loss. Nicholas’s successful cases include construction site injuries, commercial trucking accidents, road defect claims, child lead paint poisoning matters, and wrongful death lawsuits arising from fatal house fires.

Nicholas’s academic background includes a B.A. from Colby College and a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law. While in law school, he gained valuable experience as an intern with the Appellate Division of the United States Attorney’s Office. He is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts, allowing him to serve clients across multiple jurisdictions in both state and federal courts.

In addition to his casework, Nicholas is deeply involved in the trial lawyer community. He serves on the Board of Governors for the New Hampshire Association for Justice and was selected as New Hampshire’s Revitalization Governor for the American Association for Justice. He is also active with Public Justice, the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and Taxpayers Against Fraud.
