About
Nicholas F. Stein is the founder and an attorney at Stein Law in New Albany whose practice focuses on personal injury. He represents clients in serious and catastrophic injury cases, wrongful death claims, and other high-stakes litigation. After years of courtroom and public-service experience, he devoted his full-time practice to injured clients and families facing life-changing losses and significant financial consequences.

His litigation experience includes a successful oral argument before the Indiana Supreme Court in Mayhue v. Sparkman and service as first chair in a case resulting in a $4 million jury verdict. He has also been involved in litigation concerning contaminated baby formula and other complex injury claims.
Nicholas F. Stein is admitted in Indiana, Kentucky, and several federal courts. His professional history includes service on the Ethics Committee of the Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Association and former leadership as chairman of the Indiana Horse Racing Commission.
