Neven J. Conrad

Neven J. Conrad is an attorney and the founder of Conrad Law Firm in Fort Dodge, Iowa. He serves individuals and families throughout North Central Iowa with estate planning, probate, real estate, landlord-tenant, tax preparation, and criminal law matters. His practice includes preparing wills, living wills, and powers of attorney; guiding families through probate; handling property transactions; and representing clients facing misdemeanor, OWI, and possession charges.

Conrad earned his J.D. from Drake Law School in 2013. He previously received a B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa in 2010 and an A.A. from Iowa Central Community College in 2008. His education provided a broad foundation for legal analysis, client counseling, and practical problem solving. This training supports his ability to address the varied legal needs of individuals, families, property owners, and rural communities.

Conrad has practiced law since 2013. He began his career with Baker, Johnsen, Sandblom, & Lemmenes in Humboldt and became a partner in 2018, when the firm became Conrad & Lemmenes. That same year, he took over the Winkler Law Office in Laurens following the retirement of its longtime attorney. In 2022, he established Conrad Law Firm, continuing his work to improve access to legal services across North Central Iowa.

Neven J. Conrad combines a rural-practice focus with active public and community service. He serves as vice president of the Fort Dodge Baseball Association, chair of UnityPoint Trinity Regional Medical Center, and an at-large member of the Fort Dodge City Council. Through his legal work and leadership roles, Conrad helps clients address important personal, financial, property, and court-related matters with practical guidance and a strong understanding of the communities he serves.
